Multi-task as Assistant Account Coordinator to: Create Broadcast and Print Placements, Develop Media Lists and Press Kits, Monitor the Media, Research the Web, Develop Marketing Communications Campaigns, Facilitate Client Relations. Work for credit (or for a stipend with relevant experience) on a flexible schedule in professional, hands-on, media-oriented environment. Interns needed for summer and fall. Bemporad/Baranowski, Inc. Marketing Internship  
Young, energetic marketing communications firm seeks bright, self-motivated intern to join our creative team. Work will include helping to launch PR programs and interactive marketing campaigns; coordinating event PR; and contributing to corporate branding programs. Our clients include a PBS documentary film; an extreme sports foundation; and an arts festival, among others.

This is a great fit for College Juniors or Seniors pursuing degrees in public relations, marketing or communications.

Internship lasts for 3-6 months (10-15 hours/week). Flexible hours. College credit may be available.

Requirements: Excellent writing skills. Dedicated, thoughtful and articulate. Must have general understanding of marketing and PR.

Computer Requirements: Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and QuarkXpress a plus.

- TVT Records Sales/Marketing Internships  
Want to work with a record company? Here is your chance. We at TVT are looking for Interns in the Sales/Marketing Dept. We work with artists such as Sevendust and Default, we also distribute Vagrant records, with artists such as Dashboard Confessional and the Get Up Kids. You will help out with contacting our retail accounts, artists and the press. You will get to work with our street team and get a chance to go to shows to help promote our label. We are very flexible to your other interests. You can choose your own hours and hopefully learn about all aspects of the business. - Hearst Magazines PR Internships 
The public relations intern for Hearst Magazines will assist in promoting the company's 16 titles, which include Cosmopolitan, Esquire, Good Housekeeping, Marie Claire, and Harper's BAZAAR. Duties include basic administrative work, coordinating clip reports, creating and updating press lists, as well as some writing (press releases and pitch letters) and contact with the media. In addition, the intern will help handle publicity at select magazine events.
